Anuraag Dayal

Anuraag Dayal is a Principal Associate at Kochhar & Co. in the New Delhi office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He is a member of the Firm's Dispute Resolution and White Collar Crime practice groups, focusing on complex international and domestic arbitrations, commercial dispute resolution and corporate advisory work.

Anuraag has been involved in assisting large multinational clients in complex arbitrations before various judicial fora, and advises clients on strategies for handling multifarious disputes. His expertise also encompasses Corporate/M&A, White Collar Crime and Corporate Compliance & Advisory.

Anuraag holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Administration and Business Laws from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. He is a member of the Delhi Bar Association.
