Raashi Beri

Raashi Beri is a lawyer at Dua Associates in Delhi, practising in the firm's Disputes Resolution and Litigation practice. She has more than 11 years of experience in litigation. She began her career as a law clerk dealing primarily with criminal jurisdiction, before working in the chambers of a Standing Counsel for DDA and DSIIDC, handling litigation on land acquisitions and licensing by the DDA.

She had an earlier six-year stint with Dua Associates as Principal Associate, handling cases related to medical negligence, telecom disputes, constitutional matters, contractual disputes, and intellectual property disputes, as well as providing advisory and incidental support to clients. She has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, district courts, NCDRC, various tribunals, and in arbitrations. In addition to litigation, she has provided corporate advisory and documentation services, and has worked in securities and share transfer matters under NSDL and SEBI rules.

Prior to rejoining the firm in 2021, she worked as an independent practitioner, providing litigation and advisory services to clients including start-ups, with a focus on business development. She holds a History (Hons.) degree from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, and an LL.B from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University (2009).
