Shiraz Patodia

Shiraz Patodia is a lawyer at Dua Associates, Delhi, specializing in Dispute Resolution (litigation and arbitration), international trade, white‑collar crime, and intellectual property law. She is also the head of the firm's International Trade & Customs practice group and is recognised as a leading authority on WTO agreements, anti‑dumping, and countervailing duty investigations.

Shiraz has represented Fortune 500 companies, Indian and foreign corporations, and governments—including the Indian Government, MOFCOM, and GAFT—in commercial litigation, arbitration, and trade remedial investigations.
