LK Bhushan

LK Bhushan is a Partner at Dua Associates in Delhi, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance. He has handled litigation pertaining to banking transactions, consumer disputes, intellectual property rights, property and real estate matters, tortious and accident liabilities, licensing matters, and labour and industrial laws.

He has defended Public Interest Litigation relating to energy supply, environmental law, and education, and has conducted criminal trials concerning economic offences, documentary and commercial frauds, and liabilities arising from director and fiduciary relationships. He has served as a senior counsel to the Central Government of India, standing counsel for the New Delhi Municipal Council, and has advised various other government bodies at the Centre and State levels.
