Kesang Tenzin Doma

Kesang Tenzin Doma is a member of the Dispute Resolution team at Dua Associates in Delhi, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and arbitration. She manages litigation and arbitration before various fora, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts of Delhi, the National Company Law Tribunal, and the National Company Appellate Law Tribunal.

Kesang focuses on commercial arbitrations, commercial disputes, and litigation strategies with a special focus on shareholder litigation, contractual disputes, tender matters, and employment-related matters. She provides strategic counsel across a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate disputes.

Kesang holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi, and an LL.B from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (2022). She has been part of the dispute resolution team at Dua Associates since December 2022.
