Abhinav Agnihotri

Abhinav Agnihotri is a Partner at Kochhar & Co. in the New Delhi office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He has over 18 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, having started his practice with the Chambers of Hon'ble Ms. Justice (Retd) Indu Malhotra and gained valuable experience in high-profile matters before the Supreme Court and High Court of Delhi.

Abhinav has handled a wide variety of matters pertaining to commercial disputes, public law, consumer cases, labour and employment, and white-collar crimes across various courts, forums and tribunals. He has advised and represented clients in many high-profile matters relating to government contracts and tenders, debarment proceedings, anti-money laundering proceedings and attachment of properties under PMLA, as well as disputes under FEMA. He has also appeared in international arbitration proceedings before ICSID under a Bilateral Investment Treaty. His represented clients include GMR group, JBM group, Emaar, Ramky, SpiceJet and Apollo Hospitals.

Abhinav holds a B.A. LL.B. (H) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi (2007). He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
