Namrata Langade

Namrata Langade is a seasoned dispute resolution professional based in Delhi, specializing in insolvency and corporate litigation, and commercial arbitration. She represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and other specialised tribunals.

Her practice encompasses a wide range of commercial disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, and arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining Dua Associates, she worked with the dispute resolution team of a group of attorneys based in New Delhi, and has contributed articles on various legal cases to publications.

Namrata holds an integrated B.B.A. LL.B from Bhartiya Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University, Pune (2020), a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad (2022–2023), and completed the Fortitude Learning Online Certificate Course on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (2022). She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi (2020) and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
