He brings over 25 years of experience, offering innovative and strategic counsel across a spectrum of legal domains including banking and finance, aviation, hospitality, real estate, information technology, international law, healthcare, and customs.

Sanjay has been instrumental in providing guidance and representation to a diverse set of clients in domestic and international matters. He successfully advised Air India Limited in its disinvestment transaction, pursuant to which the Government of India transferred its stake to Tata Sons. He has advised SpiceJet Limited on claims against Boeing arising from the global grounding of the 737 MAX aircraft and on disputes with lessors, and has represented a Fortune 500 company on labour issues impacting its 80,000‑person workforce. He has also appeared in litigation before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, and advised multiple airlines on matters under the Customs Act for the import of aviation turbine fuel.

He holds a B.Com (Hons) and an LL.B from the University of Delhi and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, the Delhi High Court Bar Association, the Inter Pacific Bar Association, and the International Bar Association.
