Anirudh Arunkumar

Anirudh Arunkumar is a lawyer in the Dispute Resolution and General Corporate Advisory practice at Dua Associates in Delhi, with more than 12 years of experience representing clients before courts and tribunals across India, including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi and Bombay High Courts, and various benches of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

His focus areas include Company law, Banking laws and general commercial transactional laws, advising clients on various transactions and representing them in arbitration and litigation proceedings. He has also represented clients in several civil suits and trials invoking the original jurisdiction of trial courts and High Courts.

Anirudh is an alumnus of Gujarat National Law University (2011).
