Abhishek Sharma

Abhishek Sharma is a Partner at Dentons Link Legal, specializing in Dispute Resolution. His practice encompasses litigation and arbitration across aviation, energy, transportation, real estate, infrastructure, and financial services, as well as competition law, intellectual property, and restructuring and insolvency matters.

Abhishek has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, and the Competition Commission of India. He has acted for liquidators and resolution professionals in landmark insolvency matters, including representing the Liquidator of ABG Shipyard in cases that clarified the precedence of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code over the Customs Act and the rights of workmen. He has represented SpiceJet Ltd. in arbitration, competition investigations, and regulatory proceedings, and advised Power Finance Corporation and Hinduja National Power Corporation in significant disputes. He has also represented clients in international arbitration under SIAC and before the Competition Appellate Tribunal.

He holds a BBA from Indraprastha University and an LL.B from the University of Delhi. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, the Delhi High Court Bar Association, and the Supreme Court Bar Association.
