Vaibhav Joshi

Vaibhav Joshi is a Partner at Kochhar & Co. in the New Delhi office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He is an Advocate-on-Record with the Supreme Court of India and has diversified professional experience of a decade and a half in litigation across the Supreme Court and various High Courts.

Vaibhav has handled a wide range of matters for foreign corporations and prominent domestic clients, including representing the Central Government and state governments before the Supreme Court, representing power generation companies in Coal Block Cases before the Supreme Court, and acting in constitutional matters and challenges to the Drug Price Control Order. He has also represented a major international travel solutions company in an injunction suit restraining ex-employees from passing on information to a competitor, and has advised start-ups and MSMEs on taxation, employment laws and regulatory compliance.

Vaibhav holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and the Supreme Court Advocates on Record Association.
