Rohit Mahajan

Rohit Mahajan is a Partner at Dua Associates in Delhi, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and arbitration and mediation. His primary areas of practice include civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, and mediation across diverse fields of corporate and commercial disputes.

Rohit practices before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and District Courts of various States, and has represented clients in proceedings before special tribunals and fora, including the Company Law Board, Consumer Disputes Redressal Fora, and the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission. He has advised and represented both international and domestic clients in litigation in recent years.

Rohit holds an LL.B from the Department of Law, Himachal Pradesh University (2004).
