Akshita Kimothi

Akshita Kimothi is a lawyer in the Dispute Resolution team at Dua Associates, Delhi, specializing in commercial disputes, civil litigation, criminal defence, constitutional law, service matters, and consumer disputes.

She has represented prominent government bodies including the National Highways Authority of India, the Employees State Insurance Corporation, and the Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organisation before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, Arbitral Tribunals, and other forums. She also advises and represents private clients in contractual and property disputes, and regularly appears before Trial and Appellate Courts.

Akshita holds an LL.B from the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi (Batch of 2018).
