Ravi Varma

Ravi Varma is a Senior Partner at Dentons Link Legal, heading the Firm's Construction - Claims & Disputes, Real Estate, and Sports practices, specialising in dispute resolution, construction claims, infrastructure projects, and commercial arbitration. He provides end‑to‑end solutions to major infrastructure projects, including roads, airports, ports, metro rail, shopping and residential complexes, and hospitals, with decades of experience in corporate litigation, domestic and international arbitrations (ICC, SIAC), sports law, employment law, banking and commercial transactions, and media and telecommunications.

Ravi has served as Project Counsel for Navi Mumbai International Airport Limited, Delhi International Airport (GMR Group), and Gangavaram Port Limited, advising on tender drafting, EPC contracts, and contract management. He has represented Larsen & Toubro in construction claims against a Maharashtra government entity, Continental Engineering Corporation (Taiwan) in arbitration claims against a state‑owned metro rail corporation, and JSW Severfield Structures in arbitration for claims on a structural works contract. He has also advised Uber India on leasing 1 million sq. ft. of commercial space, Marks & Spencer’s Group on leasing in Bangladesh, and the Delhi Capitals IPL team on branding, sponsorship, and player contracts.

Ravi holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and an LL.B from the University of Delhi. He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, the Delhi High Court Bar Association, and the Bar Council of Delhi.
