Deepesh

Deepesh is a Partner at Kochhar & Co. in the New Delhi office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations, civil litigation, insolvency proceedings and criminal investigations, with a particular focus on construction, infrastructure, contractual and M&A-related disputes.

Deepesh has acted before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) on M&A disputes, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) on offshore contracts, and in ad hoc arbitrations concerning EPC contracts. He has also represented clients before the Company Law Tribunals and its Appellate forum in insolvency matters, and handles criminal complaints before the Economic Offences Wing and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office. He further advises multinational clients in the aerospace and defence sector on offset policy, defence procurement, arbitration and litigation matters.

Deepesh holds an LL.M. from Kurukshetra University and a B.A. LL.B. from Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, along with diplomas in Cyber Law, Corporate Law and Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions. He is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
