Sahil Arora

Sahil Arora is a Principal Associate at Kochhar & Co. in New Delhi, practising in the firm's Intellectual Property Rights practice. He has worked extensively on trademark, copyright, and design-related matters, assisting clients at various stages of prosecution before the Trademarks Registry, Copyright Office, and Design Office.

He regularly appears before the Delhi High Court on litigation matters (contentious and non-contentious) relating to passing-off, infringement, counterfeiting, piracy, dilution, and misrepresentation.
