Aditya Dhar

Aditya Dhar is an Associate Partner at Vaish Associates and part of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) & Litigation team, focusing on Intellectual Property Law. His key focus areas are trademark prosecution, IPR litigation, licence and assignment agreements, IPR due diligence, as well as civil and criminal litigation.

He is actively involved in cases relating to white-collar crimes and economic offences, including cases relating to the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988 (PBPTA). He regularly appears before the Delhi High Court and various District Courts of Delhi, and has co-authored various legal articles for the firm.

His practice areas are IPR and litigation, with related practices in trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs, IPR prosecution, IPR litigation, white-collar crimes, civil and criminal litigation, anti-money laundering laws, and benami property laws.

He holds a B.A. LL.B. and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. He passed the All India Bar Examination in 2013 and has been associated with the firm since December 2018. He speaks English and Hindi.
