Nakul Vohra

Nakul Vohra is an Associate Partner at Dentons Link Legal, Delhi, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He advises on projects and infrastructure, with experience in renewable energy, railways, airports, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors.

Nakul has handled cross‑border acquisitions and investments, advising on structuring investments and strategic issues in joint ventures. Notable matters include representing Ayana Renewable Power in its 100% acquisition of a 100 MW solar project in Tamil Nadu; advising a Canadian pension fund on the acquisition of a minority stake in Bengaluru International Airport; advising the Directorate General of Hydrocarbon on the Model Revenue Sharing Contract under the Hydrocarbon Exploration Licenses Policy; and advising Adani Group on the regasification agreement at Dhamra LNG Terminal. He has also advised on upstream and midstream oil and gas activities, ammonia storage projects, and C&I transactions in the renewable energy sector.

He holds a Bachelor of Law from Amity Law School, Delhi (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, 2014). He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
