Anuj Trivedi

Anuj Trivedi is a Partner at Dentons Link Legal in New Delhi, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate restructuring. With over 20 years of extensive experience, he advises clients on complex cross-border M&A, joint ventures, foreign investments, corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance, and employment and labour laws.

Anuj has been actively advising clients on policy changes in the e-commerce sector and investments in the electric vehicles space, with his experience spanning infrastructure, automobiles, manufacturing, insurance, alcobev, food and beverages, and hospitality. He is the primary transaction and corporate advisory support partner for the firm's China desk and is a key player in modelling the firm's ESG practice. He provides full-spectrum employment and labour law advisory, including workforce set-up, CXO onboarding and exits, employment due diligence, workplace investigations, and immigration compliance.

Anuj holds a BA, LL.B (Hons) from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He is a founding member of the Asia Pacific M&A Association and has contributed as a guest speaker at a conference for High Court Justices on the Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division.
