She leads the firm's Life Sciences and Healthcare practice, advising leading pharmaceutical companies, healthcare platforms, and med‑tech organisations. Notable transactions include advising a U.S.‑based logistics SaaS company on receiving investment from a U.S. growth equity fund; advising India's largest EV charging solutions manufacturer on its acquisition of assets from a global DC fast charging leader; advising a major Japanese conglomerate on its investment in an Indian pharmaceutical manufacturer; and advising a global philanthropic foundation on multiple investment rounds in an Indian digital financial inclusion platform.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Symbiosis Law School. Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, she spent 17 years at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, including as a Partner since 2019.
