Seema Salwan

Seema Salwan is a Partner at Dua Associates, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her practice spans corporate, commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters, with a focus on infrastructure, energy, real estate development, and PPP projects.

Seema advises clients on corporate and commercial agreements, concession and license agreements, operations and maintenance contracts, RFQs and RFPs, and tenders. She has represented a wide range of multinational clients including Air Liquide India, Bechtel Corporation, BNP Paribas, Walmart Group, Dow Corning India, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, ANZ Bank, Exxon Mobil, and Koch Industries. She also advises on insolvency matters as a practicing Insolvency Professional and has appeared before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India on commercial litigation matters.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Delhi. She is a member of the Delhi Bar Council, the Delhi High Court Bar Association, and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as an Insolvency Professional. She also serves on the Taskforce on Corporate Restructuring and M&A, ASSOCHAM.
