Himanshu Narayan

Himanshu Narayan is a lawyer based in New Delhi, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and general corporate advisory.

He has steered the transactional aspects of various deals, including inbound and outbound investments, and advised on complex matters pertaining to international collaborations and fundraises with regard to sector-specific nuances. His experience spans sectors including telecommunications, media, advertising, financial services, insurance, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, software, engineering, automobile (ICE and electric), edible oils, petrochemicals and manufacturing.
