Rudraksh Durrani

Rudraksh Durrani is a corporate lawyer at Dua Associates in Delhi, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate advisory. He advises Indian and multinational clients on inbound and outbound M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, fundraises, business transfers, and corporate governance across multiple sectors, including alcobev, food and beverages, automotive, edible oil, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and e‑commerce.

Rudraksh's deal responsibilities range from structuring transactions and advising on term-sheets to drafting, revising, and negotiating transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements, and business transfer agreements. He also manages due diligence teams and liaises with clients, counterparties, and external counsels.

Rudraksh holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala (2018). He is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Prior to joining Dua Associates, he was part of the General Corporate and M&A team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas' Delhi-NCR office.
