Amrita Dubey

Amrita Dubey is a Senior Associate at Kochhar & Co.'s Mumbai office, specializing in dispute resolution across civil and commercial matters.

She has extensive experience advising and representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Arbitral Tribunals (including ad-hoc, domestic and international arbitrations), and other dispute resolution forums. She also advises and represents clients in criminal proceedings and inquiries before criminal courts and authorities in India. Her practice encompasses disputes arising across a variety of sectors, with additional expertise in intellectual property rights and white collar crime.

Amrita holds a BLS LL.B from Government Law College, Mumbai. She is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and the Bombay Bar Association.
