Kunal Parekh

Kunal Parekh is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team at Dua Associates in Mumbai, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, intellectual property law, and real estate law. He has been practising for over eight years and is a qualified Solicitor registered with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.

Kunal has worked on matters involving intellectual property rights, commercial suits, writ petitions, and testamentary matters in the Bombay High Court. He has handled arbitrations arising from commercial contracts as well as arbitrations before the National Stock Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange, and Multi Commodity Exchange. He also has experience managing matters before Consumer Forums, District Courts in Bombay, the National Company Law Tribunal, the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, and various other forums. Additionally, he advises clients on corporate laws, copyright laws, information technology, data privacy, and has drafted and reviewed various commercial contracts and real estate documents.
