Sidhartha Srivastava

Sidhartha Srivastava is a Senior Partner at Dentons Link Legal, specializing in Dispute Resolution. He handles complex litigation and arbitration briefs involving corporate & commercial laws, intellectual property, employment & labour laws, and criminal and regulatory issues.

Sidhartha has extensive experience in labour and criminal matters, advising and representing corporate clients on employment-related disputes, FSSAI and Legal Metrology compliance, and criminal proceedings arising out of food laws, telecom, and commercial laws. Notable matters include obtaining a landmark Mareva injunction before the Bombay High Court to protect data collected by a departing employee of a pharmaceutical company; representing a Mauritius-based private equity fund in arbitration proceedings for a claim of INR 1.03 billion; representing a public unlisted company in enforcement proceedings before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC); and representing a Switzerland-based multinational company in a challenge to a FOSFA International arbitration award. He also represents clients in insolvency proceedings, shareholder oppression and mismanagement disputes, and government circular challenges.

Sidhartha is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, the Bombay High Court, and the Supreme Court of India. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London), the Indian Merchant's Chamber, and the Indo-China Chamber of Commerce.
