Petrushka Dasgupta

Petrushka has successfully handled multiple litigations before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts of Bombay and Delhi, NCLAT, NCLT, DRAT, DRT, SEBI, and CESTAT involving insolvency, winding‑up, debt restructuring, and recovery. She has advised Indian carriers, foreign banks, and leasing companies on aircraft purchase and financing agreements, and has been involved in the induction of over 200 aircraft into India. She also advises on trusts, wills, probate, family settlements, and succession planning.

She holds an LL.B from K.C. Law College, University of Mumbai and a B.A. from St. Xavier's College. She is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
