Aniketh Nair is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Dentons Link Legal in Mumbai, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and arbitration. With over 17 years of legal experience, he represents clients in complex commercial disputes, intellectual property cases, insolvency matters, mergers and acquisitions, economic offenses, and real estate litigation.
