Saahil Memon

Saahil Memon is an Associate Partner at Dentons Link Legal in Mumbai, practicing in the Dispute Resolution team. He specializes in commercial, corporate, and contractual disputes, as well as criminal law proceedings, and regularly represents clients in consumer, debt recovery, and insolvency and bankruptcy matters.

Saahil has advised and represented Indian and multinational companies across a wide range of disputes, including FMCG, construction, real estate, and government entities, before various courts and tribunals across India, as well as in institutional and ad‑hoc arbitrations. Notable matters include advising a UK private jet and cargo company on damage claims and obtaining ex‑parte ad‑interim reliefs; advising a leading FMCG company in ad‑hoc arbitrations relating to distribution agreements and litigation across India; advising a major Indian pharma company in a multi‑million dollar exporter dispute and in proceedings for source code theft causing damages of approximately US$75 million; advising Indian multinational medical devices companies in international commercial arbitrations; and advising ex‑employees of a leading venture capital fund on realization of carried interest worth approximately US$50 million.

He holds a Bachelor of Law from Government Law College, Mumbai (2013) and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, the Bombay Bar Association, and the Advocates' Association of Western India.
