Nirali Shah

Nirali Shah is a Solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at Dua Associates in Mumbai, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and intellectual property law. She is a qualified Solicitor registered with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society and has worked on a variety of matters involving IP, commercial, civil, and real estate disputes.

Nirali has appeared before the High Court, the City Civil Court, the Court of Small Causes, the State Consumer Forum, and the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority. She has also worked on arbitrations arising out of commercial contracts before various Arbitral Tribunals, including the National Stock Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange, and Multi-Commodity Stock Exchange. She is also well versed with Media Rights Management Systems and has earned certifications in Copyright Law from Harvard Law School.

Nirali holds an LL.B from K. C. Law College, Mumbai (2019). Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, she completed her under‑graduation in Accounting and Finance and is a novice Financial Planner.
