RS Vasudevan

RS Vasudevan heads the Finance and Tax functions of the Group at Dua Associates, specialising in tax advisory law, audit and accounting, and income-tax advisory. He oversees the firm's financial and tax operations, providing strategic guidance on tax compliance, audit matters, and income-tax assessments.

Prior to joining Dua Associates in 1996, Vasu worked with leading accounting firms and was also in private practice, primarily in the areas of audit, accounting, and income-tax assessments. He brings extensive experience in tax planning, regulatory compliance, and financial management to his role at the firm.

Vasu is a commerce graduate from Madras University and has completed his Articleship Training for Chartered Accountancy. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
