Ranjit Mahishi

Ranjit Mahishi is a Partner at Kochhar & Co. in the Bangalore office, specialising in Real Estate Law. He is a member of the Firm's Real Estate & Construction and Projects & Infrastructure practice groups, handling large and complex commercial leases and sales, construction and design-build transactions, joint development ventures and built-to-suit leases.

Ranjit advises on comprehensive title verification of immovable property, regulatory issues, risk analysis, real estate litigation, and documentation across standard form contracts such as FIDIC, JCT, EPC and NEC. He represents some of the largest multinational corporations, including Fortune Global 50 and Fortune 500 companies, advising a leading global computer and electronics corporation, a major American health insurance company, a US-based retail company, and a world-leading consumer electronics and technology company on their real estate and construction requirements across India.

Ranjit holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the National University of Singapore and a B.A.L., LL.B. from M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, University of Bangalore. He is admitted to the Bar Council of Karnataka and is a member of the Advocates' Association Bangalore (High Court Chapter) and the International Federation of Consulting Engineers.
