Aditya Vohra

Aditya Vohra is a Partner in the Tax Law practice at Vaish, focusing on income tax litigation and advisory, with particular emphasis on corporate tax and international tax.

He regularly appears before statutory authorities, the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, High Courts and the Supreme Court. His advisory experience includes the interplay between the Income-tax Act, 1961 and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, withholding tax, and the taxation of trusts. His related practice areas include corporate tax, international tax and transfer pricing.

He qualified as a lawyer from Gujarat National Law University in 2012 and holds a B.Com and LL.B (Hons.). He has been with the firm since 2014 and is a member of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association and the Delhi High Court Bar Association.

He has authored several publications on tax law and related issues.
