Tarana Khan

Tarana Khan is a Senior Associate at Kochhar & Co. in the New Delhi office, specialising in Corporate Compliance. As part of the Firm's Corporate Compliance and Advisory team, she focuses on corporate governance work and manages the corporate housekeeping for some of the largest multinational corporations.

Tarana advises on general corporate, employment and banking matters, and has experience advising clients on workplace discrimination matters. She acts as an external member of Internal Committees on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH).

Tarana holds an LL.B. from the School of Law and Legal Studies, Indraprastha University, Delhi. She is a member of the Delhi Bar Association.
