Srishti Kanwar

Srishti Kanwar is a Senior Associate at Kochhar & Co. in the Gurgaon office, specialising in Employment Law. She has represented numerous private sector employers on routine and complex employment matters, including drafting and reviewing employment documentation, advising on social security queries, retrenchment and termination of employees (including large reductions in workforce), and the transfer of employees resulting from corporate restructurings or other private arrangements.

Srishti holds a B.A., LL.B. from Amity Law School, Indraprastha University, and an LL.M. in Corporate Law from National Law University, Odisha. She is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
