Anirudh Mukherjee

Anirudh Mukherjee is a Partner at Kochhar & Co. in the Gurgaon office, specialising in Employment Law. He advises domestic and multinational clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment and industrial relations matters, including recruitment, separation, workforce restructuring, policy development, compliance and disciplinary proceedings.

Anirudh plays an active role in developing and implementing codes of conduct and policies for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and has conducted multiple trainings and led disciplinary enquiries on workplace harassment and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH). He also advises on corporate and M&A matters, including joint ventures, private equity investments, foreign direct investment, share and asset purchase deals, and business transfers.

Anirudh holds an LL.B. and a Bachelor of Socio-Legal Sciences from Symbiosis Society's Law College, Pune, and a Diploma in Corporate Laws from ILS Law College, Pune. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
