Shubneet Panjete is a Partner in the Intellectual Property practice at Kochhar & Co.'s Gurgaon office, specialising in Intellectual Property Law. She brings 18 years of extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on trademark strategy, brand protection, contentious trademark matters, and portfolio management across diverse industry sectors.

Shubneet's practice spans trademark prosecution, oppositions, rectifications, enforcement, trademark due diligence and pre-litigation advisory. She has represented multinational corporations, established Indian businesses and emerging brands before Trade Marks Registries across India and appellate forums, handling complex opposition and rectification proceedings across sectors including agriculture, automobiles, electronics, entertainment, fashion, FMCG, food and beverages, hospitality, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, retail, sports and textiles. She is particularly recognised for her expertise in contentious trademark practice, including matters involving well-known marks and securing recognition of prominent brands as Well-Known Marks before the Indian Trade Marks Registry.

Shubneet holds a BA LLB from Symbiosis Law School, Pune (2008), and has completed Diplomas in Intellectual Property Laws and Mergers & Acquisitions. She is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, the International Trademark Association (INTA), where she has served on the Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee and Unreal Campaign Committee, and the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA).
