Seetharam

Seetharam is a Senior Associate at Kochhar & Co. in Bangalore, practising in the firm's Dispute Resolution, Real Estate & Construction, Banking & Finance, and Employment Law practice groups.

He has active experience in representing clients in litigation, arbitration, and other forms of dispute resolution. He has assisted clients on suits pertaining to money recovery, declaration, injunctions and possession, specific performance, motor vehicle accident claims, and probate and succession certificates in trial courts.
