Arvind Rao

Arvind Rao is a Associate at Dua Associates in Bangalore, focusing on dispute resolution. He regularly appears before the High Court of Karnataka in writ petitions, criminal petitions, civil and criminal appeals, and actively handles suits before District Civil Courts and Commercial Courts, as well as proceedings before RERA and various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. He also has experience in arbitrations arising out of commercial contracts.

Arvind holds a LL.B from the School of Law, Christ University and was admitted to the Karnataka State Bar Council in 2021.
