He has over a decade of experience in GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, SEZ/IFSC regulations, and tax‑efficient transaction structuring and cross‑border supply chain tax strategy.

Rushil advises leading Indian and multinational corporations on complex indirect tax matters, including tax‑efficient structuring of business operations, transactions, and supply chains; comprehensive due diligence and health checks to identify risks and savings opportunities; guidance on duty‑free imports, export benefits, Customs valuation including SVB investigations, and Government incentive schemes.
