Pulkit's work spans transaction structuring, fund and real estate taxation, India entry and outbound investment strategies, and tax optimisation for corporate groups and private clients. He has advised on numerous cross‑border transactions, policy advocacy initiatives, and tax‑efficient business models across sectors including financial services, infrastructure, technology, and manufacturing. His experience includes working on more than 15 M&A transactions, multiple IBC transactions, and advising a Mauritius‑based fund on inbound investments into Indian start‑ups, as well as advising on equalisation levy risks, POEM implications, profit repatriation strategies, and tax holiday eligibility for various multinational clients.
