Rajeev Venkata Rambhatla

Rajeev Venkata Rambhatla is a Partner in the Disputes Resolution practice at CMS INDUSLAW, based in Hyderabad. His practice focuses on Dispute Resolution.

Rajeev focuses primarily on commercial litigation, arbitration, white collar crimes, company law and regulatory issues, amongst others. He has considerable experience in dealing with complex litigation matters and has been a recommended counsel for many multinational corporations doing business in India and abroad.

Rajeev advises a broad spectrum of clients, working primarily with institutions, conglomerates, private equity funds, PSUs, banks and multinational companies. He also acts for several Indian companies, particularly in the context of high-profile commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Before joining CMS INDUSLAW, Rajeev was a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, Hyderabad. He regularly represents his clients before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, the High Court of Telangana, the High Court of Karnataka, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunals, the National Company Law Tribunals and other tribunals and regulatory authorities.

He holds a BBA, LL.B (Hons.) from the School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore. He speaks English.
