Ravi Charan Pentapati

Ravi Charan Pentapati is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at Dentons Link Legal, Hyderabad, specializing in Dispute Resolution. He has over 20 years of experience in handling civil, commercial, and criminal disputes, domestic arbitration, and insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings across sectors including infrastructure and real estate.

Ravi possesses vast experience in corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, white‑collar crimes, and litigation, and regularly advises on debt recovery, defaults, banking and financial issues. He regularly appears in various courts and tribunals, including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), representing clients such as State Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Export Import Bank, Power Finance Corporation, Shapoorji Pallonji and Company Limited, Hinduja National Power Corporation, Emaar Group, and Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited. He has also advised on real estate and project finance transactions, and title due diligence for energy and infrastructure projects.

He holds a B.A. LL.B from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade from Symbiosis International University. He is a member of the Bar Council of Telangana and the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce.
