B Giridhar

B Giridhar is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at Kochhar & Co.'s Hyderabad office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. With 18 years of professional experience, he handles a wide range of litigation and disputes under ADR laws, including civil and criminal matters, commercial contractual disputes, consumer matters, employment law disputes, and matters under the SARFAESI Act.

Giridhar regularly appears before the High Court of Telangana, District Courts in and around Hyderabad, State and District Consumer Commissions, the Debts Recovery Tribunal and the National Company Law Tribunal (Hyderabad Bench). He also represents clients in various arbitration matters and has briefed senior counsel across multiple jurisdictions, including Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, Lucknow, Kolkata and Ahmedabad.

Giridhar holds an LL.M. (specialising in Labour and International Laws) and an M.Com from Osmania University, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Patent Laws from NALSAR University of Law. He is a member of the Telangana State High Court Advocates Association and the Bar Council of the State of Telangana.
