Neeraj Kumar

Neeraj Kumar is a Partner at Dua Associates in Gurgaon, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, and regulatory compliance. He advises on corporate governance, company formations, foreign exchange laws, restructuring, joint ventures, and takeover code issues, representing a diverse range of clients across mining, defense, and telecommunications sectors.

Neeraj has extensive experience in business transfer and asset transfer agreements and has successfully negotiated settlements in high‑stakes matters. He sits on the Boards of Indian subsidiary companies of major multinational corporations. He has held a Pegasus Scholarship from the British Government for studies at the University of Cambridge and gained international experience with Clifford Chance and The Erskine Chambers in London.

Neeraj holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, where he topped the faculty, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi, and a Master's degree from Queens' College, Cambridge. He is a member of the Bar Council of India, the Delhi Bar Association, and the Cambridge Oxford Society.
