Monica Das

Monica Das is a lawyer based in Gurgaon, specializing in corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments, and foreign investment matters. She brings over two decades of post-qualification experience advising multinational corporations, Indian companies, private entities and publicly listed companies.

Her practice is known for its commercially focused, pragmatic approach and deep understanding of complex deal structures, regulatory nuances, and stakeholder negotiation dynamics. She also advises clients on foreign investments, exchange control regulations, securities laws, corporate governance, setting up of business in India, and labour and employment law matters.
