Gaurav Kapur

Gaurav Kapur is a corporate lawyer with over 12 years of post-qualification experience, based in Gurgaon, specializing in M&A, private equity investments, real estate, and corporate commercial transactions.

He advises and represents clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, foreign direct investments, outbound investments, joint ventures, and commercial contractual issues, with expertise in the Companies Act, FEMA, FCRA, RERA, Labour Laws, Legal Metrology, the Competition Act, and other sector-specific regulations.

Gaurav holds an LL.B. from Meerut University (2008), an LL.M. from Kurukshetra University, a PGDBA from Symbiosis, Pune, a PGDM from Balaji Institute of Management Studies, a B.Com from Delhi University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.

He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
