Milind Jha

Milind Jha is a Partner at Dentons Link Legal in New Delhi, and a member of the Firm's Management Committee, specialising in capital markets law, mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure and projects. He has over 16 years of experience across M&A, projects and infrastructure, capital markets, and general corporate and commercial law.

Milind heads the firm's capital markets practice and has advised top‑tier and mid‑segment investment banks and issuer companies on equity and debt capital markets issuances and complex takeovers across the infrastructure, pharmaceutical, hospitality, and energy sectors. He also has extensive experience in infrastructure and aviation, having advised most private airport operators in India, as well as airlines on sale‑leaseback transactions, takeovers, restructurings, and ancillary businesses. He is a senior member of the Firm's M&A team and has worked on marquee transactions across varied sectors, and is also a member of the Firm's China desk, regularly advising Chinese clients on infrastructure and M&A matters.

Milind holds an LL.B from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He is a member of the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh.
