Maneesha Kongovi

Maneesha Kongovi is a Partner in CMS INDUSLAW's Dispute Resolution practice group, based in the Bengaluru office. Her primary practice area is Dispute Resolution.

In her career of more than a decade, she has represented domestic and international clients in diverse litigation and arbitration across several fora, including the Supreme Court of India, the Bombay High Court, the High Court of Karnataka, the Delhi, Gujarat and Calcutta High Courts, as well as various tribunals and district courts, on matters ranging from high-value commercial disputes, customs claims, real estate and construction disputes, infrastructure disputes, writ petitions, public interest litigations, winding-up proceedings including corporate insolvency and restructuring proceedings, and trademark infringements.

She regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal, Bangalore and the Company Court in the High Court of Karnataka.

She has extensive experience advising and representing clients in several arbitrations, particularly concerning disputes relating to construction contracts.

Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, she was associated with Argus Partners. She holds a B.A. LL.B. from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (2007), and is an Advocate in India. She speaks English.
