Ashish Kothari

Ashish Kothari is a Partner at Kochhar & Co. in the Gurgaon office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He provides pragmatic and commercially focused advice to multinational and domestic clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with over 15 years of experience.

Ashish leads the Firm's agrochemicals and insecticides practice, offering expertise in seeds and insecticide laws, pharmaceuticals and healthcare regulations, competition law, medical negligence and consumer protection, as well as sports and gaming laws. He focuses on strategising and handling complex litigations before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and specialised tribunals including the Competition Commission of India, the National Company Law Tribunal, and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. He also has experience in managing both domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

Ashish holds a B.Sc. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law University, Jodhpur. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
